Kingdom Eubacteria

The organisms that fall into Kingdom Eubacteria are part of Domain Bacteria. The organisms that fall under this kingdom live in much less extreme environments than do those of Kingdom Archaebacteria. Consists of 3 major phyla: Proteotic bacteria, Spirochaete, and Cyanobacteria. Eubacteria are prokaryotic and reproduce asexually. They are both heterotrophic and autotrophic An example of a heterotrophic eubacteria is E. coli. Any eubacteria in Cyanobacteria is autotrophic. Digestion is intracellular. One example of Eubacteria is the well known Escherichia coli or E. coli. Another example of eubacteria is Treponema pallidum, better known as Syphilis.
