Domain Bacteria

Domain Bacteria is separated from the other two domains by certain defining characteristics. First Domain Bacteria consists of prokaryotic organisms. What separates Domain Bacteria from Domain Archaea is its initiator tRNA and Membrane lipids differ from those of Domain Archaea. Also, organisms found in Domain Bacteria are found practically anywhere, as opposed to Domain Archaea, which tend to live in extreme environments. Domain Bacteria consists of two Kingdoms: Archaebacteria and Eubacteria
