Class Cephalaspidomorphi is a class of Phylum Chordata, Subphylum Vertebrata. The organisms of Class Cephalaspidomorphi are closely related to the organisms of Class Myxini. It is not a true vertebrate either. A distinguishing difference between the two classes are Class Myxini have highly developed organs, including eyes.
